The Cloud scored one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a flimsy seat made of hard plastic and a style that is dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor option for parents looking for a budget option.
Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it does have enough features worth a look. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with minimal effort unlike other light strollers that drift off course when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle is a drawback. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push it with your legs suspended in the air and it's not helping that it's not cushioned.

The Cloud comes with a tiny but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit a large diaper bag. It's not the greatest width however, and you'll likely have to put something in it to reach the back to retrieve it.
